Sounds reasonable, to me. Surprisingly so for California. So they can buy power from gas and diesel generating plants to keep the lights on, the air con going in southern California and heat on up in the mountains at the ski resorts for a few years while working on transitions? Go figure. What a novel idea, choosing life over probable deaths. Good job, for a change.
