Trump claimed on June 10th to have called Newsom "yesterday" and that he had call logs to prove it.

Trump admin then provided call logs which proved TRUMP DID NOT call Newsom on June 9th.

The call logs were from Jun 7th (June 6th in PST), a call that not only Newsom never denied, but clearly said took place well before Trump commented on it. Newsom said that at no point of that coversation did President ever mention deploying troops.
