Newsom Allegedly Collaborating with Developers to Rezone Burn Areas for Apartments

As posted in another thread there is an identical narrative for Maui , Gaza , Florida and California .
Prime waterfront sites .
Other reasons also .
Whether you do it by rain , fire or bombs , the outcome is the same .

Apply the Bradfird Hill criteria and mathematically Correlation and Cause become one .

Lots of land grabs going on, it appears. I heard recently that there have been a lot of other fires that are much lesser known, in different places where there turned out to be lithium.

I have an idea on what all this is about... but since I can't prove it, and I want to look into all this more, I don't want to say much right now.

This is the UN agenda 2030 long range goal, to have everyone (except the elite of course) live in smart cities. Total convenience, they call them 15 minute cities, where you could walk anywhere in 15 minutes, from your state apartment to your state workplace. If this is actively pursued or by attrition is debatable.

It's time lies stopped being allowed to be posted on social media.

The left has been against single family homes for decades now. It's nothing new.

The left's mantra has always been "never lets the opportunity created by a crisis go to waste"

While California burns the State Legislature passes a $50million dollar bil to Trump proff the state...

But not in a place as exclusive as Pacific Palisades. Changing zoning there will be a major battle. The people living there are old money and have a lot of influence. It's like when the State of California wanted to extend the Pasadena Freeway (nee Arroyo Seco Parkway) through South Pasadena. The people there have old money and blocked the project for over eighty years. As far as I can tell, it still doesn't connect to the CA 210 in Pasadena forcing drivers to either traverse surface streets or shift northwest to the Glendale freeway which doesn't interconnect with any of the freeways serving downtown Los Angeles except by surface streets but does interconnect with the CA 210. The rich citizens of South Pasadena have created a major traffic blockage since 1943. It's also the most dangerous freeway in California with double the collisions of any other Southern California Freeway due to its antiquated design. Changes to the design have also been blocked by the same groups blocking the interconnection. Money talks in California.

The fires were arson. Several arsonists have already been arrested and released.

What's really suspicious is how the plans for redevelopment were instant. The proposals were on the table while the fire was still spreading.

Don't count on there being much of a battle. The prime area is controlled by the Coastal Commission. They will tell old money "we will review your application for a permit to rebuild in 2033".
