Not due to ChiCom Flu. Call it a hunch, maybe socialism?
Yep. Less doctors + less nurses + no new hospitals + increased population = Socialist healthcare.

And their economy is not healthy:

Hmmm.
You should have a talk with your right wing loon think tanks about that.

The jurisdictions that took the top 10 places, in order, were New Zealand, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Estonia, and Germany and Sweden (tied in 9th place). Selected countries rank as follows: Japan (11), the United Kingdom and the United States (tied in 17th place),

The number one spot went to Japan, which has the world's highest life expectancy - barring the tiny casino-studded city state of Monaco - at 85.77. Scoring 72 points, Japan devotes 10.7 percent of its GDP to healthcare spending and has almost as many hospital beds (1.6 million) as it does doctors and nurses (1.7 million).
How does New Zealand's healthcare system stack up against the rest of the world? | Newshub
-----------------------------and Japan has Universal Healthcare

As evidenced by one of my links its the republican states that have the lowest life expectancy. Health is important.

Average life expectancy in the US: Hawaii top state for a long life (usatoday.com)

As an addition to that, Japan has one of the highest budget deficits and the highest debt rate to their GDP.
