The HMNZS Manawanui, a specialist dive and hydrographic vessel worth $100m, sank yesterday morning after it ran aground on a reef off the coast of Upolu and caught fire.

Speaking to Breakfast this morning, Defence Minister Judith Collins suggested a power outage may have caused the ship to run aground.​

“We need to find out what that happened, apparently it lost power, I’m aware of that, and ended up aground on the reef,” she said.​

The auto pilot was on, so when this dumb lesbian couldnt steer her ship, she thought she had lost steering control and therefore mistakinly took steps that did NOTHING to remedy the situation. So, have they named the two people found to have been responsible for the sinking? The inquiry ended on April 4th.
