White supremacy was never limited to Duke and the KKK, Because the KKK has never been the only white supremacist group. Also a person can be a white supremacist and not affiliated with a group. Public policy has always been impacted by racism and standardized tests have been proven to be racially biased. On top of that SAT/ACT scores are not the only or primary consideration for college enrollment. We have seen that bot whites and Asians have been caught cheating on SAT's. The Times is not racist.
