After Trump has been leading in the polls for eight months, now the Times at least acknowledges Trump is ahead but it's time to fire up the spin machine and run it at full capacity. They're basically claiming that the polls are wrong and that you can't trust the polls.

Please don't accept early voting/mail-in ballots. Only show up on election day.

and they are not doing what you claim they are doing.

And you disagree with what facts presented in the article?

Oh wait! You don't deal well with facts.

never mind

"Facts".

lol
Try and counter this:

Historically, around 25 percent of presidential election voters do not have a validated record of voting in the previous presidential election. This is partly because of newly registered voters, who usually vote in the next election (and who may have previously voted in a different state). But it’s also because around 30 percent to 40 percent of previous registrants who skipped the last election ultimately show up and vote in the next.

Go ahead. We're all rootin and a tootin fer ya bubba.

Your assignment in class is this -- try and counter this:

Who will ultimately vote?

If there are two consecutive elections with the same level of turnout, you might assume that it’s more or less the same people voting in each election. But surprisingly, that’s not the way it works.

There’s a lot more churn in the electorate than most people realize. Even if the turnout stays the same, millions of prior voters will stay home and be replaced by millions who stayed home last time
.

Go ahead. We're all rootin and a tootin fer ya 2 bubba.
