The statement is crystal clear; only Jews will be allowed to realize their self-determination in Israel. ...
Sure. That is what self-determination IS -- determination of self, as opposed to other. Only the Jewish people will have self-determination in Israel. Other peoples will have self-determination in other places. The existence of one does not preclude the other.
No longer will there be even lip-service for fundamental freedoms for all citizens without distinction as to race, language, or religion. For example, Arabic (the mother tongue of about 20% of citizens now) will not be considered a national language in Israel.
This does not necessarily follow. You are projecting again. It is absolutely possible to provide fundamental freedoms for all races, languages and religious faiths, while still allowing self-determination for one peoples. (Israel is already doing this.)
If you think it is NOT possible -- then how can you support Palestinian self-determination? Are you arguing that it is impossible for the Palestinian peoples to provide fundamental freedoms to the Jews who will live in the territory of their national self-determination? Do you demand that Hebrew be an official language in Palestine? Why or why not?
The new law, like yourself, equates Jew with Israeli. But a quarter of Israelis are not Jews. These minority Israelis do share the same right as Israeli Jews for Israeli self determination. When Israeli non-Jews become 51% of the population the equating of Israeli self determination with Jewish self determination will not be possible without the new proposed law which will deny Israeli citizens who are Muslims, Christians, Druze, and so on no say in the self determination of their country. There will then be a domination of the majority by the Jewish minority just as whites dominated the Bantu in formerly Apartheid South Africa.
Of course, Russian Jews will continue to have their right to self determination as Russians and American Jews share in American self determination. This goes without saying.
Interesting how you Islamic terrorist huggers like your double standards.
The Avalon Project : The Palestinian National Charter
Text of the Charter:
Article 1:
Palestine is the homeland of the Arab Palestinian people; it is an indivisible part of the Arab homeland, and the Palestinian people are an integral part of the Arab nation.
That's just the start of the Arab-Moslem whining about Arab-Moslem fascism.
Would you like more islamo-whining?
Article 7:
That there is a Palestinian community and that it has material, spiritual, and historical connection with Palestine are indisputable facts. It is a national duty to bring up individual Palestinians in an Arab revolutionary manner. All means of information and education must be adopted in order to acquaint the Palestinian with his country in the most profound manner, both spiritual and material, that is possible. He must be prepared for the armed struggle and ready to sacrifice his wealth and his life in order to win back his homeland and bring about its liberation.
That's a good one - "....Arab revolutionary manner." That's taqiyya for "Islamic terrorism for the purpose of promoting Islamist fascism".
