SO many people in those counties work for the US government. It was a nice area. Now it is overbuilt, crowded, and expensive.

This reminds me of what happened when I was in 10th grade….

The English teacher was gay, and the book he chose for us to read was about two gay men in love. Full of sex. I hid it under my bed because my parents would FREAK if they found it, so what happens?

Our maid found it while cleaning and showed it to Mom, who showed it to Dad. Yes, they both freaked. Dad went to the next PTA meeting and raised the roof, asking why we weren’t reading the classics instead of novels about gays.

Well….it of course got back to the gay teacher, and what did he do? He forced me to read a page full of the gay stuff out loud to the class.
