Except it's not my job to agree with him - it's my job to work with him. I'll shut off my 'opinion' of him as a man, in hopes of having a decent opinion of him as a co-worker.

I spent this morning working with the LT. He's a REALLY nice guy. My heart kinda goes out to him.
