Well it was never about the hostages. It’s about the plan of greater Israel…Hamas which has been funded by Israel according to Ron Paul.. and Oct 7 which a lot of people believe October 7 was allowed to happen is simply used as a justification for the continued slaughter in Gaza which is basically allowing for Israeli expansion.

For the small percentage of Americans who are still standing by Netanyahu… Remember how they always bring up “Hamas , Hamas , Hamas”….saying things like “Hamas needs to go and then there is peace”. …

The problem is Jewish supremacy…. It has infected the Israeli administration. Its also resulted in the death of a number of innocent Palestinian Christians. While we can be glad that the majority of the civilized world opposes the Israeli government There are still Jewish supremacists and their whack job supporters in America who do not care at all about the facts, who completely ignore the plight of Palestinian Christians.

Record numbers of Republicans and most Americans oppose Netanyahu…

This seems pretty reasonable. I can see concerns from Israel having them return at all, but maybe with HAMAS out of the picture for good and assuming no other similar entity replaces them, a thriving Gaza could be possible down the road.

Morning after plan

Subsequently, late last week, CIS sent a letter to Trump and his senior staff, recommending five governing principles for a Gaza “morning after” plan:
  • End of war and return of all hostages – living and deceased.
  • An urgent surge in humanitarian assistance.
  • Coordinated phasing out of the IDF with the phasing in of a Hamas-free, alternative governance administration, tasked with addressing civil management, law and order, rehabilitation and reconstruction.
  • The alternative Gaza management is to comprise deployments – boots on the ground included – from Arab countries that have expressed willingness to shoulder that responsibility under the invitation of, and in coordination with, the Palestinian Authority.
  • All while preserving Israel’s inalienable right of self-defense.

What is CIS?

What your article leaves out is the Trump administration valid observation that the Gaza strip is currently uninhabitable. The Arab plan would leave the Palestinians to live among rubble and unexploded ordinance and dependent on humanitarian aid in perpetuity.

Further, once Hamas is removed, the Palestinians would be governed by 'the Palestinian authority' that does not currently exist. The Palestinians have never been government by any authority that did not have as its ultimate goal the annihilation of Israel and the Jews.

With the Palestinians being programmed and indoctrinated with hatred of the Jews for a generation now, it is inevitable any 'Palestinian authority' developed, would just be more of the same as we had first under Arafat then subsequent Israel hating governments.

No permanent peace will be established. Just more of the same.

Neither has HAMAS
Hamas was funded by Israel according to Ron Paul and according to numerous sources, including as Israeli soldiers, the October 7 attack was allowed to occur.

“Hamas” is an absolute joke, completely incapable of attacking Israel let alone defending Gaza. Where are the tanks in Tel Aviv. Where are the airstrikes in Jerusalem ? Oh yes, nonexistent…..

Hamas is not capable of taking on the IDF…it never was …

Also numerous sources, including Israeli human rights groups are saying Israel is war, in Gaza is so vicious and vile …more brutal than any other modern warfare. The stats show it. Not just this, but so many other graphs and studies.

Dont Taz Me Bro

It’s always interesting to see how people who make all these points about Hamas completely blow off the criticism of those points.

Laugh all you want there’s no denying that the Israeli military is committing a genocide. The whole “oh but Hamas” is not going to cut it.

You’ve commented this thread and posted it basically a one line or hit-and-run. And maybe you’ve criticized the IDF tons of times but in this thread your lacking context…to be fair maybe I missed you criticizing the IDF

Anyways, none of this even matters it doesn’t matter what me or you think all of the appropriate authorities the human rights organizations, including Jewish ones recognize the genocide. They recognize the Jewish supremacy of the IDF and the current Israeli government. People recognize what Israel is doing in Gaza is very cruel …hence the astronomical drop in lifespan in Gaza compared to other war, torn areas of the world.

Hmmm. You do realize the glaring problem with your whole position, don't you? It's right here, a quote from your article:
Twice over the past months, a powerful Arab coalition, mostly hostile to Hamas (which is outlawed by some), presented plans for a Hamas-free Gaza Strip.

I do not see anywhere where Hamas agreed to these proposal(s), and since they are all over a month old, they do not matter anymore. Add in the fact that the Palestinians never negotiate in good faith, meaning, they have walked out and re-demanded things more times than not, since this latest war started.

The IDF are planning their assault on Gaza City.

Do you think they should have gone in there at the beginning?

In other words, their first target?

I'll not living room quarterback Israel's war plans in Gaza, but hey, just like I said. Hamas rejects any deal that has them releasing all the hostages at once.

So again. Who is really rejecting peace?
