Will the grocery and pharmacy be leaving the supercenter?

This concept has been around for 20 years. They are just smaller format grocery stores as opposed to the hulking supercenters. We have them all over Vegas.

They're poping up everywhere now.

I stay away from the Super Centers, neighborhood markets, and for that matter, Kroger too. The people who go to these places look fucking terrible.

I hear ya...
I have eight of em within five to ten minutes of me.

^^^ We have two normal Wal-Mart stores and of course the new Wal Mart Neighborhood Market that we already have so far, but we also have two Ingles stores, three Food City stores, one Priceless foods, one K-Mart, one Save A Lot store, and a grocery store named Aldi.

P.S. Then we of course have at least two Dollar General stores and two Family Dollar stores. We may have three of each if not more.

I seen a few over the years here in Arizona. Probably a slight bit more that have been permanently closed than those that remain open.
