The A.P. decides that a federal detention center is "illegal" ? WTF? The A.P. was around during WW2 and there is no record of the news agency criticizing FDR's EO9066 that authorized the arrest and detention of American citizens without due process.

Love the names. By the way, since these people are imprisoned in red states, doesn't the law require they be counted in Trump's new census, giving these red states more representation. According to democrats, that's how it works.
