Again, should people who have convictions should not go to jail? Or pay no price at all?

Well, that is apparently what lefties think because they are always claiming the justice system is unfair and biased towards blacks. Is the justice system unfair and biased toward blacks? Yes or no? If yes, then the justice system can be stacked against anyone. Don't you agree? However, there are known dangerous people out there who have been arrested for violent behavior numerous times and we just keep on letting them right back out until they actually get caught killing someone. Pretty much all mass shooters have had a long history of violence or concrete warning signs and yet we let them out again and again and again.

There was case in Cleveland a few decades ago where a guy was sentenced for murder and was in jail. While in jail he continually said that when he gets out he was going to kill more people. Guess what? They ignored his warnings, let him out after time served, didn't even bother to watch him, and was arrested years later for committing a string of murders. It's cases like this where you have to knock people in the heads and say, "Hello! Is anyone in there"?

Not all, but, if there are drunk drivers who are arrested, jailed, released, and caught drunk driving again on a suspended license, then yes, they should be jailed until they are deemed to no longer be a threat to society, however long that takes. If it is forever, then it is forever.
