Some of us are old enough to recall this "law and order" ruse from the last time it was rolled out onto this society. They didn't have a for profit prison system or a massive surveillance state apparatus at that time. Careful what ya wish for, they always roll out the pilot programs on the most unsubstantial people of the society before they ramp it up once the concept has been accepted. Eventually it won’t be just “them” that get swept up.
