I come from the city, I come from a city of just over two million people and up until 2022, New York City was the furthest north that I have ever been and that was only visiting.
My gateway to New York City up until 2022 was the Lincoln Tunnel and if you would have said to me "I'm going south to Boston" I would have laughed at it.

I heard the drum beat all the time... "Blacks are treated unfairly, Blacks are treated unfairly, Blacks are treated unfairly, Blacks are treated unfairly".
There still is no place at that table that I see that I have, at that table specifically, other than to not vote Republican.
Period, which I never did in t he first place.

What I honestly heard was "Everything I do they make illegal, all I'm trying to do is make a living... I try to sell crack, they lock me up, I try to rob people in the street, they lock me up... boo hoo, blacks are being treated unfairly".
I can't say that I have had the best experiences in the world with em, or that I like em very much either...because I was rarely if ever welcome by them.

And I also understood that the reason why police have swat teams and "jump out boys" is because the city is full of trash that would just love to kill a blue shirt, black tie and 9mm, black and white caprice patrol cop with his mosquito wings on his shirt sleeves who probably also casually has his bullet-proof vest slung over him like a shawl under his shirt.
LOL

But I never really grasped what was really happening and what kinds of shit the police are really up to and what the gravity of it really is and what the implications really are.

Here's what the police tried to do to me this past winter at the beginning of 2025.
They manufactured a narrative, lied to me several times and attempted to have me face between 3.5 to 7 years in prison for what I did in self defense.

So far I have won all of my cases related to the incident.

I got the restraining order against my stalker / antagonizer.
I got my criminal charge thrown out.
I got my eviction from my home stopped.
Now I'm working on getting my arrest record expunged.

So this is the reality of how nasty the police really are and I since have cut ties with them and told them to take my award and shove it up their asses sideways.

But there are still differences in my outcome vs the all-too-common, much more bleak outcome that blacks have in their negative endeavors with the police...
Such as...

On recording, I kept my narrative clean and to the point and I maintained my position and stuck to my guns, and I made my good points and made them nice and clear... and the police were not able to use it in court because it isn't what they wanted to hear, to lock me up with...
Then, also on recording, I told the police that unless I'm under arrest, this meeting is over, we're done here and I'm getting an attorney.
While out on bail, I did my own investigation and talked to my witnesses and found out the truth that I needed and shared it with my attorney... we went to court with my witnesses, cross examined the cop and got the case thrown out.

What in the **** are the blacks doing in cases like this? That's my question.
Bad cop doesn't mean smart defendant.

That doesn't excuse the police and we really need to do something about it and I am doing that... I'm suing the police department.

One thing we could do is end cops pulling you over. Just put up cameras. Send the person speeding a ticket.

I just saw a cop do recently what another cop did to me. The woman called the cop and he yelled more at her than the guy who had the aggressive dog. That happened to me before. A guy threatened me at my place of work. The cop acted like we were equally responsible. I didn't threaten physical violence.

I got in a fight when I was 35 leaving the mall. 3 20 somethings were ******* with me and I told the big one "one day you're going to **** with the wrong person and get your ass kicked". He came at me and was trying to hit me but I backed up everytime he tried to throw a punch. The 3rd time he faked a punch, I double legged him, he hit his head on the pavement, I choked him with his own shirt and head butted him when he started to get up to fight. I said SETTLE DOWN!

When the cop came he said "did you hit him first?" I said yes. Look at him. I'm not letting a big guy like that hit me first. He said "then put your hands behind your back your going to jail.

It's a racket. They want to make money. They kept asking me to take a plea deal but I was claiming stand your ground. 6 months probation. 3 months. Nope, nope. 1 month. Nope. The day of trial they tried to offer me 1 day probation. They wanted a WIN. They don't like losing. So they threatened me they would throw the book at me if I'm found guilty. I said "I'm not guilty". It helped the guy I beat up didn't show up. The prosecutor wanted to use his written testimony and my lawyer was like ABSOLUTELY NOT. My client has the right to face his accuser. How could the lawyer even suggest such a thing?

The sad thing is that almost 60 years later, not much has changed.

The 1967 Detroit riot

The Kerner Commission, officially the National Advisory Commission on Civil Disorders, was established in 1967 by President Lyndon B. Johnson to investigate the causes of the urban riots that were occurring across the United States. The commission's report, released in 1968, concluded that racism was the primary cause of the riots and that the nation was moving towards becoming "two societies, one black, one white -- separate and unequal,".
  • Systemic Racism: The commission found that racism was deeply embedded in American institutions, including law enforcement, education, employment, and housing.

    • Segregation and Inequality: The commission highlighted the stark racial inequalities in housing, employment, and education, contributing to a sense of frustration and hopelessness in many Black communities.
    • Lack of Opportunity: The report emphasized the limited economic and social opportunities available to Black Americans, which fueled resentment and anger.
    • Police Brutality: The commission acknowledged the role of police brutality and misconduct in escalating tensions and contributing to the riots.
The report urged for significant policy changes, including:
      • Increased investment in social programs: The commission called for increased funding for education, job training, housing, and healthcare to address the root causes of inequality.
      • Police reform: The report recommended improving community-police relations, addressing issues of police brutality, and promoting more equitable law enforcement practices.
      • Combating Discrimination: The report emphasized the need to combat discrimination in all areas of life, including housing, employment, and education.

The Police have been known for their heavy approach for many years. I have a neighbor who lives a few doors down from me, he was at one time an Oakland Fire Fighter. One day SFPD came a banging on his door, accusing of attempted rape.

He asked when he had done this and they him it was back in December 2016. He asked the date, December 2 they said. He presented his fire fighter shield and told he had been on duty. They asked is anyone could verify this.

He said he would call his Captain, who would bring logs showing he was on duty. It was September, almost a year after the fire. Here in SF Bay Area we get summer in September and October. Temps easily pass the century mark. It was a hot day. It was a hot day and the cops asked if they go inside his home and he said not unless you have a warrant. They waited in a hot car for over an hour before Captain showed up with the logs.. With the Captain was a Battalion Chief with her logs.

The cops read the logs and fumed. Talking Fire Fighters back each other up. The Battalion Chief pointed altering and editing a OFD log was a Felony and the police left. He later received a letter of apology from SFDA George Gason and later a formal apology from SFPD Chief George Suhr. My neighbor is Black Man married to a White Woman. Two of most kindest people you would ever want to have a friends. He framed the letters. SFPD never bothered him again.

OH, if December 2, 2016 sounds familiar that is when the Ghost Shit Fire occurred. My neighbor was one many Oakland Fire Fighters at that fire.

I don't even remember what I was being charged with. I don't think it was a felony.

One time a new neighbor, a loser and drunk, threatened me. He and his loser buddy accused me of stealing money when I was there playing darts. His loser buddy probably took it and blamed me. Anyways, I was furious the cops wouldn't do anything. Some new guy moves into my condos and now I don't feel safe? That night I broke in and beat the living shit out of him.

My buddy cop got me out of it. That one I could have spent 10 years in jail for doing. OR, if he would have shot me when I busted into his place, he would have been justified.

my late brother in law was like that....he got out of prison and he and a few of his buddies went with baseball bats and beat the shit out of the guy who they say stole their drugs and put him in prison...he wasnt even out a week....

Well I wouldn't say the situation has gotten worse. I would think that blacks have come a long way since those days. The police aren't as bad to them as they were back then. No way.

Are we talking about in violent high crime communities?

Sorry but every country in the world spends money every year on crime and guess what? They never "SOLVE" crime. Crime continues to happen and probably will forever. But it goes up and down and I believe violent crime in DC has gone down on Biden's watch.

What has gotten worse? Show me.

"South to Boston via the Lincoln Tunnel"? Are you sure you read the right road map?
