I am up late watching my wife's PC install Windows10 and so in an effort to remain awake I thought I would share this.

My former back doctor prescribed 'dry needle' treatment for my back and my PT does acupuncture, so I asked if she would do an acupuncture session and do it like a dry needle treatment. She said she could do that and so we set it up.

Now I have had problems with edema, swelling in my feet and ankles most of my life, but the pt int he Army and walking have generally taken care of it. As I have gotten older I have had less time to walk and the edema has been gradually building up over the past few years.

With one acupuncture treatment in May, my feet and ankles have remained free of an sign of edema even though I have not been able to walk for the last month after mys surgery.

I have been able to keep my blood pressure at lower levels without any increase in my medication and my Blood sugar is more stable.

Today I got a treatment for cold sweats have have gotten every day of my life out of the blue and so far none for tonight. /and the flare up in my lower back from the surgery is about half as bad as it was earlier today already and I had this done back in May when I had a flare up and it was all gone in three days.

I expected none of this, but only wanted the acupuncture as a cheaper way of getting the dry needling done.

But your millage may vary.
