Probably my Canadian friends doing some outreach to or from the U.S. I've ruffled enough feathers in Canada for them to mess with me.

Truth be told, they ruffled feathers and have tried to get away with abuses, I've just exposed them for their lies and made our allies and businesses aware. No one ever said human right abusers were the smartest people in the world.
