Try visiting the Middle East sometime. Every Muslim controlled country oppresses women, jails or executes gays, molest children on a regular basis, and persecutes Christians, Jews, and all other non-Muslims.

Muslims have a different way of looking at the world, and most of the time dont feel comfortable condemning other Muslims. They see themselves as the persecuted group and dont want to add any additional harm to their own, though they may vehemently disagree with things like universal Sharia law, killing fagots, etc.
