The patriotic Brits have lost and will have to knuckle under to their new masters. The patriots will be given the option of converting to Islam, paying the Jizya Tax (for protection...kind of like what the Mafia does to small business owners, only their Muslim overlords do a half-ass job of protecting the infidels that pay the tax), flee England, or be killed. But....where will they flee to? Hungary and Poland have refused to accept Islam into their nations, so that's at least temporarily safe. The problem is that once Islam has the rest of Europe, they will just roll into Hungary and Poland with massive troops and end their nations as well.
The US won't be a safe haven. Its Constitution is a "suicide pact" that allows the enemy religion of Islam to grow unfettered within their border and Canada is already becoming Islamic.
Perhaps Japan. Their new Prime Minister won on a campaign to throw Islam out of their nation. There's also North Korea. China does seem to keep their Muslim population in check by rounding them up and harvesting their organs for transplants.
The last place might just be Antarctica. There aren't any Muslims there. Only researchers.
