Discussed this in Sassy Irish thread on this subject, and will state that they got fired for not returning to work for three days, and they screwed themselves.

The company offered reflecting room and they could pray on their break but in a massive group like they wanted.

It is more than most companies would offer and they should have been lucky to have a job. Now there is 190+ jobs open for someone in need of a job...
