Here’s the thing that bothers me about social services, social programs, welfare, food stamps, if it didn’t exist, the persons family would have to take care of them. I knew a girl 17 she got knocked up by a young dead beat. Her family told her to go sign up for all the services.

The problem is that the government can't effectively measure who is experiencing true-to-life bad personal circumstances.

But then again, if we taught men and women how to look for the right basic qualities in people, not many of them would get knocked up or taken advantage of. If we taught them to have safe sex, there wouldn't be unexpected pregnancies and deadbeat parents.

If we taught basic morality this day and age, we wouldn't have as many vagrants, homeless criminals, or addicts on the streets.

If all I were capable to do is work a minimum wage job and live with my parents, they would have allowed it. That’s a good parent. But they should encourage you to want more. But like I said about the daughters. A lot of them only want to find a husband and be a mom. That’s a parasitic life but nothing wrong with it.

It’s probably harder today for girls to just do nothing and wait to find a guy. Today a lot of them do what I would have done. Just found a minimum wage job and work it till mr right sweeps them off their feet

Burning tents and exploding propane tanks greeted firefighters. Last year several camps burned because so called do gooders give them propane and heaters which inevitably burn the encampments down.
There are shelters available, but these people are drug addicts.
There have also been multiple shootings and sexual assaults at the multiple camps.
But it's Mpls, and frankly the residents of the city voted for this shit.
Personally I would be pissed as hell if that shit was next door to me and city leaders allowed squatters to take residence anywhere they please.

My mom took some shitty low paying factory jobs. Then she landed the front desk job 8n the er. Graveyard shift. Eventually she became a medical biller. Started from the bottom.

There are a lot of girls who will work at cvs till they find Mr. Right. And parents all over America accept that. No?
