It is difficult to get a good understanding of the current situation in this terrible war. I get lots of feeds on YouTube and FB about how the Ukrainians are "winning" and the Russians are getting their asses kicked, as well as everyday Russians suffering from the war, sanctions, etc.

MSM does not report these developments and I wonder why. Are they untrue or just not reported?

I really feel for those bastards, both sides, fighting now in the cold.

EU reps complained yesterday that the Russians really have no intention of negotiating a peace deal. I see no evidence that this is incorrect
