I was referring to the UK system, as in university of Kentucky system, which supposedly celebrated 70 years of being integrated, back in 2019. My mom and brother were in the UK system (both white, BTW).

True, but open to enrollment not restricted to black students, as the do get federal funds. That is why they are under Federal investigation, along with the other 44 colleges and universities, some of them undoubtedly HBCU, also.

Kentucky State was built because whites would not let blacks attend any of the other colleges there. If Kentucky State is segregated, it is because whites won't go there, not because they are excluded. The search argument, I used referencing shooting at UK Frankfurt, brought the story up on first return, and is how I was able to post the news story, from WKYT.Com in Lexington, in Post #2, there was in-fact one dead. Hitting the search again, just now, it again brought up the story, first return.
Lexington is the TV market for Frankfort (note the difference spelling than the city in Germany).
