She was getting threats from the "Trump Tribe." Those people, although they may call themselves MAGA, are more MATA (Trump) than MAGA.

In her resignation letter she makes a point about some GOP congressmen don't really like Trump. They're scared to cross him. Simply because the Trump tribe will go on the attack against them. Even if they're right about something.
