HAs any report made note of the age of this juvenile? Remember you are still a juvenile up to age 18.

He is 13.

It's called tough love and it can be very effective.

It can be, but sadly my dad has made me living proof that it doesn't always work.

P.S. I don't mean to make this chat about me, but what makes my picture worse is that I am not the one getting the "tough love". For the last several years, I have been the one who has been given no other choice but to hand it out and a lot of times I have wondered if I am going about the situation that my dad created all wrong.
