Our oceans are full of fascinating creatures. Some of them are big, some are small, and some are pretty terrifying. Some of them live where the pressure is incredible and others live where there is no light present. This means they have to adapt. A lot of them look like real monsters. Lamprey
Sea lamprey is a parasitic fish native to the northern and western Atlantic Ocean. Due to their similar body shapes, lampreys are sometimes inaccurately called "lamprey eels". The alien-like lamprey has a circular, tooth-filled mouth. This creature latches onto its victims with these rows of teeth and gnaws through flesh and even bone, sucking the blood from its helpless prey. One lamprey kills about 40 pounds of fish every year.

Its a marine fish of the wolffish family Anarhichadidae, native to the North Atlantic Ocean. Its head is rather large, so as to hold its very strong jaw, designed to break the shells of its prey. It has a large mouth and strong teeth, some of them canines teeth are all used to hunt and eat hard-bodied or spiny invertebrates, such as sea urchins, crabs and large marine snails. They reach lengths of up to 1.5 m and weigh up to almost 18 kg.
