Institutional Racism.
1. Critical Race Theory, white is bad, black is good
2. Dumbing down of advanced kids, no more AP classes
3. Dumbing down of standardized tests so kids are all "equitable"
4. Dumbing down of business by having advancement based on tokenism (diversity) instead of merit

My solutions are:
1. Eliminate all references to race. We are all Americans, or you are a foreigner
2. A first step could be adding "mixed race" instead of just black and white
