The work was already accomplished. You do know that's what staffers actually do. You know like do all the grunt work for the president, He then approves or asks for changes, or they provide selectively edited questions for senate confirmations which when queried back from the candidate, have trouble understanding the candidates response.

Correct, he was on record saying that it was for non violent criminals and then he said screw it and pardoned everybody. Talk about lazy and lacking principle.
