It was planned to refuse/deny any crowd control by the NG... a clear attempt to remove Trump from any future presidential ballot by labeling him as an insurrectionist (under the language of Constitution) and to distract from the reason the crowd was gathered in the first place, To protest the use of fake mail in ballots to steal an election. The Truth will come out with documentation when the new AG begins her planned investigation of the Jan. 6 dog and phony show called due process.

Their plan failed when the Supreme court denied any state the right to remove Trump from the ballots.......because insurrection is impossible without a conviction. Trump was never on trail for insurrection, it was a JOKE to attempt to sentence anyone without a trail. Again the left attempts to have mule push the plow. Conviction first.........sentencing last. More than 1,230 people have been charged with federal crimes in the riot, ranging from misdemeanor offenses like trespassing to felonies like assaulting police officers and seditious conspiracy. Roughly 730 people have pleaded guilty to charges, while another roughly 170 have been convicted of at least one charge at a trial decided by a judge or a jury, according to an Associated Press database.

Information is sparse about the mistreatment and holding without trial of the j6ers. Hard to find but I did find this that slipped through the Biden censorship criminal regime.
