Yes I do.You don't know the difference between debt and deficit.
Trump started his presidency with a $500B/yr deficit, he then went on to pass out of control spending bills and Trump increased that to $1T/yr precovid, then $3+T/yr after covid.
Whether they were out of control or not is not your call to make. In Trumps year 3 he went to 900 Billion. He did not hit 1 Trillion.
We all know about the 3 Trillion. It's a fact.
Biden inherited that $3+T/yr deficit and lowered it down to $1.3T/yr in 2022.
The 3 Trillion from Trump was Trumps.
Biden did not inherit anything.
His first year in office it was 2.7 Trillion. That is Biden's.
In 2022, it was 1.3 Trillion. This was his second year above 1 Trillion. Trump only had one year above 1 Trillion.
In 2023, we are already at 1.5 Trillion and are on par for 2+ Trillion. This will be Bidens third year above 1 Trillion. And his second year above 2 Trillion.
Those are facts.
Biden inherited the massive $3T/yr Trump deficit, and lowered it to $1.3 T yr, a great accomplishment.
It will be over 2 Trillion this year. His third year in a row where he is above 1 Trillion. His second year above 2 Trillion.
Trump's massive deficit ( and therefor massive debt) caused this inflation, but now it has eased under Biden's leadership.
Biden's additon to the debt is 6.2 Trillion in 3 years.
Trumps addition to the debt was 4.7 Trillion in 4 years. He was 3 years below one trillion.
Who has a higher average deficit: Biden
Who has added more debt in a shorter period of time: Biden
Who will add 2 Trillion to the debt this year: Biden.
The deficit in 2008 was 450 Billion. Not 1 Trillion.
Bush had three successive years of deficit reduction until 2008 when it jumped to 450 Billion.
Obama's first four years in office had a deficit of over 1 Trillion.
