No, it's AT the waterline. Exactly what would happen if a BOAT impacted it. A cruise missile would impact about 10 feet further up. Unless it was a Harpoon, which would impact from above and blow the bottom out while breaking the back of the ship.

You should also notice that you see no daylight from the opposite side of the ship.

A cruise missile, traveling at 500 mph or so, would have blown a hole all the way through the ship, as was seen with the Exocet hit on HMS Sheffield in the Falklands war.
