More archeology from Oregon

The indigenous people of the Americas were thousands of years behind the ROW when Columbus first came here. They had no written languages or durable medium to write them on, even if they did. They had no domesticated animals who could do useful work. They had no material from which a durable blade could be made. They had no history other than oral history, thus their retention of any sort of facts, technology or wisdom was totally compromised. They had not invented the wheel, and just dragged or carried everything requiring movement.

In the context of human history, they are irrelevant, except as a spectacle of interest.

Native Americans had a language, culture and their own religious beliefs. The Coastal Miwoks settled all over the SF Bay Area and had tight social groupings. They were NOT irrelevant.

Clothing as a general rule does not survive very long. However, we now have some evidence of sophisticated weaving and use of both animal and plant fiber for clothing 12000 years ago in Oregon.

Prehistoric man is a hobby of mine

Check out this Sage wall in Montana.

The more you study prehistoric structures, the more you have to come to the conclusion that they were far beyond where they should have been. Then at around 10,000 years ago or so, it all stopped for some unknown reason as man went through a dark age of sorts regarding such constructions, suggesting cataclysm as the reason.

If that is the case then the Neanderthal / Cro Magnon Skull Cap found in South America may be a real deal find with more to follow ? ( All the more reason to end the NAGPRA act laws ?? )
What?? Why?

The Mayan had a written language, advanced astronomical skills, and advanced mathematical skills. There were cities built in both South America, Central America, and North America. Cities laid out with water sources and sewage control. I don't know where you get your ideas, but there were many advanced Native American civilizations prior to the invasion of the Europeans.

The Incans, the Mayans, the Toltecs all had thriving civilizations. They built cities, they built pyramids, The Mayan Calendar is a wonder to behold. Their cultures had strong economies and trade. Some people think their skin color and they see people who have no culture.

The first Hawaiians navigated by the stars all from Polynesia. To just dismiss what the peoples and cultures contributed to our world today is not only unjust, it is racist.

End NAGPRA now ( For the Science)

The civilization that predated the Incas were able to quarry, transport and fit together Multi-ton stones with precision

Stones at and near the Temple of Jupiter Lebanon are 900-1400 Tonnes and were lifted almost 40 feet up into place in the Structure
Plus the corners of those stones are brutally weathered where the Roman stones above them are pristine.

The Trilathon was underwater for some period of time ages before the Romans arrived
