It will probably reduce the scope of the economy and in doing such increase demand for products and innovation. Cutting food stamps will do this all by itsself and lower quality of life for millions of people...This will all increase inflation, drive up the debt as the amount of tax input to the government goes down and will lead to recession.It will not reduce inflation. The harm it will do to people is huge.
