Welcome to the monthly thread tracking all the people Donald Trump has successfully thrown back in jail after claiming Joe Biden’s “autopen” pardons don’t count. Each month, I’ll update this list with new names as they’re rounded up and re-incarcerated.

As of this inaugural update, the list remains exactly as long as it was last month: zero. Still, transparency matters, so I’ll keep checking in monthly…just in case constitutional law suddenly starts working on vibes, tweets, or wishful thinking.

Executive Orders can be over-ridden by sitting president without any justification so "auto-pen" claims are moot.

However pardons specifically can't be undone and I don't know of any examples where DOJ re-opened investigation into a matter covered by a prior pardon.
