I've been here for a while....over 10 years and I have never even once put anyone on ignore, complained to the moderators about any post or even so much as reported a post.

So pay attention because if I'm coming to you now you should realize it is far more than the ordinary occurrence.

This is the most foul piece of disinformation I have ever seen put up on this board for any reason wether it be history, politics or just plain personal gripe.

I'm not recommending censorship here but the title of this post is so easily identified as harmful and vituperous falsehood as to require some type of action on this particular post. It should be shut down.

I'm an advocate for variety and information and viewpoint. In many ways IM2 and his verifiable six to eight sock puppets that he uses constantly here add a certain parameter to this board that actually increases the value of the information here.

Look at it this way: If you have a pile of cow shit next to it an exquisitely sculpted piece of furniture It's pretty easy to see which one is more valuable. IM2 Is a prolific generator of verbal cow shit. He usually follows some form of self-discipline but in this particular post has absolutely outdone himself as far as detaching from any sense of reality and embracing what couldn't be more false.

He's either getting senile or testing the limits of toleration of the moderating body.

I'm all for that too...But there comes a point where continual spamming of the forum with the same tired shit over and over again becomes...well....spamming, which is against forum rules.

Speaking of spam, it's also my not-at-all humble opinion that certain OP creators who do little more than drive-bys, and almost never participate in the threads they create, should be getting the heave-ho as well.
