Its not just Delaware. A friend of mine who went to government school in a major Ohio metropolis- his dad gave him a switchblade on his first day of school, just in case there were problems and he took the knife to school every day. Nowadays, in the urban schools, its a lot worse. Kids have to keister a firearm to be truly safe.
