Milley readily admits doing all of these things....including telling other officers to run things by him first if Trump calls them and gives them orders.

That is subverting the civilian chain of command. Another huge "no-no".

So is giving political and military rivals secret intelligence on 2 separate occasions. (Regardless of claims of normal de-escalation)

None of these things are in dispute whatsoever. Milley has NEVER denied these things happened. And these things are specifically mentioned in the rules....and Milley enforced others in the requirement of knowing them.

He was Joint Chiefs. Zero excuses.
