We built the sewage treatment plant in the last century because raw sewage from mexico flows into san diego county

So once again, nothing to do with tariffs, just incompetence on both side of the border. And why the hell are federal tax dollars going to repair and perform upkeep on a freaking CA sewage plant. The EPA should be fining the hell out of the folks responsible for that plant till they get it up to standards and keep it there.
