A Mesa father is speaking out about being handcuffed after he called 911 to report that his ex kidnapped one of his kids. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas has this story.
how about how he charge at cops and refused to comply. all he had to do was comply and not threaten the cops. he put this on himself. neither do the cops no the situation. so comply and talk to them instead threatening them. oy. he brought it on himself.
