No. Such sentences are outside of the logic of time. Dr. rer.nat. Angela Merkel is in my personal high score list one of the three best chancellors of Germany. George W. Bush is the worst president the USA ever had, Donald Trump is for me a high traitor and enemy of the USA includung the whole western world and Vladimir Putin is for me an enemy of all mankind. Chancellor Angela Merkel made a human politics for human beings. She knew for example very well the sick character of Vladimir Putin - but she had [to have] the hope Putin will in the end act reasonably, sensibly and in Russia's best interests. But this enemy of Russia and the whole world not did do so. He started a war on Europe in the Ukraine. This forced and forces Germany to change the own peace politics of mutual dependencies which was always reasonable and full of trust. But whatelse to do in long term? Mistrust will always prove itself right while trust is always risky and can be disappointed. That's the same with the United States of America now. Who currently trusts in the USA is an idiot - and who trusts in Russia is a totally absurd idiot. This has nothing to do with any politics of Germany since World War 2.

Your problem and the problem of Margus Thsakna - whoever this criminal idiot or criminally stupid guy might be - is it that Angela Merkel never said that Baltics and Poland are responsible for this war of Putin. It's totally absurd to say so. Only Putin's Russia and no one else is responsible for this stupid, senseless and criminal war of Russia against Europe in the Ukraine - and the only power who always had been able to end this war was Russia on its own - and no one else. Unfortunatelly Russia was not wise enough never to start this war - what had been the very best for Russia, the Ukraine, Europe and the whole world.

By the way, Trumpican, soldiers fight for their own people and not against them. That's not only "Fahnenflucht" that's
even "Hochverrat. The English words are too harmless so I used the German words now. As well desertion and high treason are offenses that normally can end in a court martial and execution in times of war.
