The piece, citing a magazine in Melania's native Slovenia, linked the would-be First Lady with the line of work and implied she had met her husband earlier than previously believed.

So, what about the Slovenian magazine?

And when is she going to hold those press conferences Duh Donuld promised. He said 'in a couple weeks' but that was three weeks ago.

And, of course - where are the tax returns?

There is no freedom of press or free speech in the UK. Slander someone and you can get sued.

Even here, in the U.S., freedom of the press doesn't include the “right” to commit libel. Knowingly or carelessly publishing a story that is false, and which unjustly causes damage to a person's reputation, opens one up to exactly the sort of lawsuit that Mrs. Trump is pursuing, and the First Amendment offers no immunity from such suits.

I find myself thinking of The Picture of Dorian Gray—a story in which the protagonist pursues a life of libertine evil and debauchery, protected by an infernal deal under which the impact of his aging and evil is reflected on a picture of himself, rather than on his own body and soul. He remains young and handsome, but with every evil act, his portrait ages and becomes uglier.

Mrs. Clinton has no such portrait, to absorb the impacts of her evils. Perhaps her own body as well as her soul are uglifying at an alarming rate, as they bear the impact of her wickedness.
