I find it interesting in MN that an 18 year old can't buy alcohol and cigarettes, but is free to blow money on state sponsored lottery tickets or the Tribal casino.

That’s a hell of a jump in cost. And what this will do going from two dollars to five dollars it will eliminate a lot of the folks who might buy one ticket every week. All in all, I see a negative consequence in a short term, but not in the long term.

That said I don’t buy lottery tickets and I don’t play the mega millions.

I’m profitable in Poker, but that’s not gambling in the sense that a slot machine or lotto ticket is.

I’m into poker and sports betting.
