Thats not as easy as it sounds China cant copy all of our technology

At one time I was in electronic design, I even ran a SPICE engine out of my home computer, so I have a pretty good idea, but no sense giving China any more help or ideas than is necessary.

But it helps them that they can send so many students to our universities

No small fact that I've harped on for years to friends working and teaching in a few universities, but they don't want to hear it. All these foreigners just want to be our friends. Actually, these universities make a lot of money that way and money is all they care about.

And its a boon to the commies that US. companies hire chinese citizens to work in our high tech industry

We have no business hiring anyone out of China as they are property of and working for the State, the chinese government commands a high degree of loyalty, conformity and compliance, and China is actively here trying to enforce that loyalty under threat of punishment.

Xi bragged about it just the other week when Trump was there, that China was the next big thing and that they have no regard for America as a nation because Americans are so easily bribed / sell out for money.

And he may be right. Unless this country pulls back from its tradition of just helping everyone freely, helping them with money, troops, guns, and knowledge, we start kicking out all foreign nationals from other countries, and foster a new consciousness centered around country loyalty (patriotism), China may very well defeat us as the world superpower in the next 50 years.

This country needs some of the spirit that united us against the Nazis in WWII; We are at war again but instead of buzz bombs and V2 rockets, the attack this time is via cyber.
