McMaster was asked if he’d work for Trump again. Hear his response

General Mattis has spoken. It is a very interesting conversation.

Another neocon General who doesn’t know how to win wars, and just wants indefinite wars.

Don’t worry, if Kamala is installed you’ll get to fight in a new war. Plenty of “brothers” Will get drafted in the Kamala Wars to come.

very interesting interview.

this "disruptive" management style is popular among these billionaire post humans.

i don't think these generals operate on that model.

This is a red herring question.as he won't be invited.to a second Trump admin. I'm guessing his stock portfolio has done well of late anyways.

No it isn't. We are making an assessment on who we want for president in America.Hearing what the cabinet member of Trumps administration has to say about his job as president is very important. Again, you don't have to live with the consequences of your love for Donald Trump and in America the right wing that you side with tells us that if you don't vote or pay taxes in America you don't have anything to say. And you do neither of these things. So catch the hint.

Trump threw the Afghan government under the bus!

Yes, and because he did that the Taliban ws able to take over and some of them killed those 13 Americans these idiots blame Biden for.

The wars are coming no matter who is president. And if Trump wins and signs a pece agreement with Israel, you better start worrying.

Everyone knows how Trump is

He is not the brightest bulb and his staff panders to him to cover

He's selling books, nothing more.

When it comes to Trump, one must always keep in mind that his management style was and remains antithetical to the management style of the Federal Government and our Armed Forces. He chooses a path forward, issues his orders, and does not tolerate his subordinates failing to get on board, quickly and enthusiastically. This is why he is possibly most famous for his practice of firing people that he finds insufficiently devoted to his initiatives. This is a huge departure from how the aforesaid cultures deal with failure, and it is why Trump made a big deal in his "debate" with Biden that Biden never fired anyone when they failed, which Trump sees as a failure of management.

So of course when people who have spent their lives in the traditional political and bureaucratic culture of the U.S. work under Trump (or someone like him, should that ever occur), they reject his style as maniacal or capricious. It's not. It is U.S. entrepreneurial. It is how people like Elon Musk run their businesses. If you don't get on board, you get fired.

There is no other politician like Trump, and it would be fair to say that he is not even a politician. But one should remember that despite a "full court press" of opposition from not only Democrats but the Deep State and the Media, Trump accomplished one hell of a lot in his short three years as President.

As my newly-minted magnetic "bumper sticker" says, "Everything was better under Trump!"

It is more than a forceful management style

Aide after aide talks about having to not try to upset Trump, his susceptibility to flattery, unwillingness to read, impulsiveness

Not an effective management style
