McAffirmative-Action is out of order like their ice cream machines always are.

I'm surprised it has taken this long for people to start going after these types of race-based giveaways, which are blatantly in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

I guess now that the DOJ is officially against it big companies are folding because they don't want to get hit with a federal civil rights investigation in addition to a massive class-action lawsuit.
