The penalties are already there under the 1986 Act............3500 fine per illegal caught............problem is that they have fake id's and ssn's to file the I-9 form..........so the businesses skate the law saying we didn't know they were illegal.......

Wash, rinse, spin, dry...........repeat..........putting e-verify to that I-9 form would change that..............but those bills have been shot down time and time again.............they refuse to pass it.

Actually it's been underreported and high for quite some time. With the new ZERO TOLERANCE policy..........they were stacking up and overflowing detention centers........instead of just being released into the country like before.................then they used flores to legally challenge that and now they are being released again.............

By detaining them waiting on court...........it showed how many were coming in now ......by stacking them up in the centers...........They were LYING about it before.
