Well Republicans in the U.S. House have made a decision on who will be the Majority Leader taking over Cantor's position. They have chosen McCarthy over Labrador. That may produce a big problem for them come election time though. They passed over a Hispanic/Latino for the Number 2 top spot and folks who vote will surely remember that. However, there are two other factors weighing in on this. Labrador did not support immigration issues it has been said. McCarthy DOES support it in some ways. Ultimately, it will be left up to the voters to decide whether he was the right choice or not.
