While I agree, we fell votes short of impeaching him before and now, if we control the House, it will be with less control than we had before. I'm just glad we can get rid of him. Maybe, though, we could arrest him for something and put him in jail with some of those violent illegals for a few days and see how much love they have for him.He lied to Congress and allowed millions of illegals to cross. We control the DOJ. I want him tried for treason. He should have attorneys and mount a defense but I want it broadcast on TV and for him to explain his actions at the border. I want Border Patrol to testify.
While I sympathize, Mayorkis is guilty of high malfesance in office, which is not really treason. He also did exactly what all Democrats wanted him to do. As much as I would like to try them all for treason over the border, that's simply not realistic and a very big stretch.

I think back in March or maybe it was February, the Republicans tried to impeach him. I think they didn't have enough votes to pull it off. Or maybe it was something else. Nonetheless, he should be indicted or impeached.

While I don't disagree with that, I don't actually see any of this happening. I don't even see Trump demanding that it happen. And, we don't even know if Republicans will be in control of the House yet. But, I'm not against the DOJ investigating.
