Thanks to big government for allowing the airline industry to consolidate into a few airlines, shit like this is bound to happen. Customer service no longer exists in the airline industry...again, thanks to big government.

Stock price is expected to plummet today...hopefully the CEO gets canned, but he will get a nice golden parachute as he exists.
